PLANNING CONSULTATION AND DAY-OF COODINATION

This package is ideal for clients who need baseline guidance in the planning process of their wedding, where the primary deliverable they seek from a wedding planner is onsite coordination. Clients electing this option have a clear vision for the look, feel, and overall desired experience of their wedding; are comfortable with contract negotiation and budget management; possess competency in communicating with and scheduling multiple vendors; will manage their guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs; and understand event production.

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING AND ONSITE MANAGEMENT

This package is ideal for clients who—with as much or as little involvement in the process as they desire—need a wedding planner to do anything and everything to bring their dreams to reality. Clients electing this option want a wedding planner who will be their partner, advocate, and proxy throughout the entire planning process as well as onsite for the big day and the almost-as-big days surrounding it.

One day. Forever.

Transport friends and family to an indelible destination to celebrate your love.

Savannah & Alex

Shelli had just launched Integrari when her dear friend Savannah Sellers was asked by the love of her life, Alex Yaraghi, to spend the rest of their lives together. On the phone with Savannah, after congratulating her and hearing her vision of an Italian wedding that would become the best party of everyone’s lives, Shelli half-jokingly offered, “Want me to plan it?” Savannah discerned no facetiousness in her question, and from that moment forward they began dreaming up her and Alex’s magical Tuscan wedding extravaganza!

Our favorite details? The personalized notes Savannah wrote to every guest on Florentine stationery (secured with a scarlet wax seal bearing an “SA” insignia) that were placed inside gift bags waiting in every guest’s hotel room upon arrival in Florence. The expertly curated playlists that Alex built for the entire wedding weekend. The three-course pasta feast. The surprise opera performances by artists we hired after having heard them singing on the streets of Florence when we were there for a site visit. The fact that we only had to show Savannah one inspiration photo of a Vogue Italia dinner from 2017 we had been salivating over for her to excitedly agree to forgo flowers on the dinner tables in place of (literally!) 1,000 candles. The love-imbued energy inside Galleria Pandolfo, the room where the dinner party took place…it was palpably magical.
